1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and pub999 ("pub999," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the pub999 online gaming platform available at pub999.vip, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered thereon (collectively, the "Platform").

2. Eligibility

• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by pub999 or by any regulatory authority, that prohibits you from accessing gambling services.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of pub999 services, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You further agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) pub999 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pub999 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pub999 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void any pending or settled bets placed through those accounts, and forfeit any balances held therein.

pub999 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to pub999 is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pub999 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service or account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your pub999 account, which is strongly recommended for all players with active balances.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including friends, family members, or anyone claiming to represent pub999.
• Log out of your pub999 account completely when accessing the Platform from a shared or public device.
• Notify pub999 customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

pub999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time. Currently supported payment methods for Filipino players include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards. pub999 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, nor via credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

All deposits and withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash and Maya. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfer may vary and are displayed at the time of transaction.

• All transactions on pub999 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

pub999 is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment processor in connection with deposits or withdrawals. Such fees, if any, are solely your responsibility.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

pub999 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all pub999 promotions unless the specific promotional terms expressly state otherwise:

7. Gameplay Rules

By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of any discrepancy between the game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the game rules specifically address the matter in question.

• All bets are final once confirmed. pub999 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases of manifest error.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pub999 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pub999 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, void all associated bets and transactions, and report the matter to the relevant Philippine authorities where appropriate.

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, verification, or any other interaction with pub999.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerabilities discovered must be reported to pub999 support immediately and must not be exploited for personal gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform. pub999 is required by Philippine law to report suspicious financial activity to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or offensive behavior toward pub999 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gambling.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on pub999.vip — including but not limited to the pub999 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pub999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without pub999's prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform or its underlying software.
• Use the pub999 brand name, logo, or any other pub999 trademarks in any manner without prior written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of pub999's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law, for which pub999 reserves all available legal remedies.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Upon termination of your account for cause, pub999 reserves the right to void any pending bets, forfeit any bonus balances, and withhold any funds pending the outcome of an investigation. Where termination is not for cause, any verified real-money balance in your account at the time of termination will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable verification requirements.

You may close your pub999 account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pub999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if pub999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pub999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pub999 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pub999 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. pub999 shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, malware, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your device as a result of your use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pub999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and pub999 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting pub999 customer support. pub999 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

pub999 operates within the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe that pub999 has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations may also raise a complaint with PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.

15. Amendments to These Terms

pub999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pub999 will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered on your account. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting pub999 customer support.
